Support that builds independence, not dependence.

We believe meaningful support goes beyond completing tasks. It involves teaching, guiding, and participating alongside each individual.

  • We support independence, not replace it

  • We participate, not supervise from a distance

  • We build relationships, not routines alone

Every service we provide is designed with one goal in mind:
to help each individual maintain and grow their quality of life.

Community
& Independence

We actively support individuals in staying connected to their community and building confidence in real-world environments.

The day extends beyond the home — whether it’s a trip to the store, a walk through the park, or participating in local activities. Staff walk alongside each individual, offering support with decision-making, communication, and confidence in public settings.

Services include:

  • Community outings and engagement

  • Transportation to activities and appointments

  • Skill-building in real-life settings

  • Social interaction and communication support

We believe life happens in the community, and we are committed to helping each person remain a part of it.

Daily Life Support

We assist with everyday routines in a way that encourages participation, skill-building, and personal responsibility.

Breakfast is not simply prepared — it is made together. Laundry becomes part of a routine someone can learn and take pride in. Daily tasks are approached with patience and guidance, allowing each person to remain involved in their own life.

Services include:

  • Meal planning and preparation support

  • Personal hygiene and grooming assistance

  • Laundry and housekeeping guidance

  • Daily routine structure and reminders

Our goal is to ensure daily needs are met while preserving independence wherever possible.

Health
&
Safety Support

We provide consistent, attentive care to ensure each individual’s health and safety needs are met in a supportive and respectful environment.

Support is present without feeling overwhelming. Medications are taken correctly, appointments are managed, and changes in health are noticed early. Care is proactive, steady, and centered around each individual’s well-being.

Services include:

  • Medication management and reminders

  • Appointment coordination and transportation

  • Monitoring of physical and emotional well-being

  • 24/7 staff support and supervision

Safety is not about restriction — it is about creating an environment where individuals can live confidently and comfortably.

Many care environments focus on maintaining basic needs.
Our focus is on building a meaningful, engaged life.

Care here is not something done for someone — it is something done alongside them. Staff are actively involved in daily life, creating opportunities for growth, independence, and connection.

  • We teach skills, not just complete tasks

  • We engage, rather than observe

  • We prioritize growth, not just stability

This approach allows individuals to build confidence, maintain independence, and experience a higher quality of life.

What Makes Clearwater Diffrent

Our job is to make that process feel a little less overwhelming — and a lot more human.

If you’re wondering what this could look like for your situation, let’s talk. We’re here to help you figure out the next step, together.
