At Clearwater Assisted Living, LLC, we provide a wide range of home health care services to adults with disabilities. We began making a difference with our services in March of 2022. Our staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality care possible. We are committed to providing in-home services that meet your needs and encourage independent living. Since 2022, we have expanded to offer Residential and In-Home care within three regions: Eau Claire, Rice Lake and Roberts.
We are passionate about our professional and personalized care, and work hard to meet, and exceed, your expectations. We prioritize integrity and grit as necessary characteristics for our team.
